Help fight censorship and promote internet freedom

I’ve been an avid user of Tor for awhile. I’d encourage others to learn more about Tor and see if it’s something they could benefit from using themselves. You can read more about Tor on the Tor website and the Wikipedia page.
I’ve setup a Tor bridge. A Tor bridge helps individuals use Tor to access websites that may be blocked, often in countries where governments censor the internet. It can also be used if your local ISP censors or blocks certain traffic or websites.
I think it’s important we promote freedoms on the internet, support things like net neutrality, and stay informed on privacy concerns with your online activities being tracked and data-mined. Check out the Electronic Frontier Foundation and see if they are an organization you may wish to support. The EFF also happens to have a brief document on Six Tips to Protect Your Search Privacy.
Happy web surfing and stay safe out there!
